Frequently Asked Questions  
1. How many automated trading systems does Yenmaster provide and support? We currently have 2 automated systems in our current suite, Yenmaster 3.1. Our aim is to add systems to the suite and continually improve its diversification qualities.
2. I only want 1 single strategy, do I get a discount? No, the primary reason for multiple systems is to spread risk - this is why our product is offered as a suite.
3. What should be my minimum account size to trade your system? We recommend a standard account of $5,000 - however our systems can be traded with mini or micro accounts as well.
4. Do you offer a managed account service? No, but this may change in the future.
5. Do you offer a trial/demo copy of any of your systems? Unfortunately not, however please take a look at our performance. If you would like to see a live account in action we are happy to provide you with a temporary investor password.
6. Do you have a specific broker that you recommend? Any MT4 broker is acceptable, but we do stress that you perform some due dilligence and ensure that you are dealing with a reputable and regulated broker. If you are unsure please contact us we are happy to help with your enquiries.
7. Can I run other expert advisors on my terminal other than the Yenmaster suite? Absolutely, you can enter manual trades as well without affecting the Yenmaster trades. The Yenmaster system will manage it's trades from entry to exit unassisted.
8. Do I have to leave my computer on 24/7? You will need to run a computer live for the entire trading week, as the Yenmaster is a mixture of long and short term entries your results may be adversely affected if your computer is turned off.
9. I have seen much cheaper systems out there, why is your's so expensive? Our model is to take on limited customers periodically so that we can adequately support them to become more profitable traders. Our systems are proven, and we are more than happy to show you live results to assist in your decision making.
10. I can't afford a full license, do you offer a temporary lease? We don't typically offer leases but may consider it, please contact us.
11. Do you provide a signal service? We are lookng at providing a signal service for our long term systems soon, please visit us again in the near future for further updates.
12. My system is not trading, but I noticed that your performance reports show a lot of trades.

Please review the operation manual, you may have not checked the "Import DLL" function. Our systems are written with significant DLL protection to protect from piracy.
